ORDER

Merandi collections are exclusive and developed in limited series, made under a ISO 9001 certified quality management system. For gift orders, an option to write a message on our paper card is provided at checkout. We write this by hand with a gold pen.

Since all inserts are handcrafted to order, we cannot facilitate modification or cancellation of an order once it has been confirmed.

*For custom orders/specific bag models, the pattern making fee is €25. Please reach out at clientservices@merandiworld.com

DELIVERY

We ship to all countries except small dispersed islands. Standard shipping is included, with an option to upgrade to express shipping at €35 per order, regardless of order size. When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect. Also, please note that for some countries, only express shipping is available. Information regarding shipping availability is shown at checkout.

Since our inserts are handmade to order, once your order is accepted, kindly allow 7-10 business days for production. Then, the estimated shipping time depends on your shipping option (see below). We will send you a confirmation email when your order is shipped. Customers are responsible for tax and duties at the destination country, should there be any.

EXCHANGE

Unfortunately, we are not able to exchange items unless your order is misplaced by us, in which case, please notify us at clientservices@merandiworld.com within 10 days after the package has been received. 

Since products fit true to each bag size, it is very important to know your size to avoid ordering the wrong item. Simply measure the bottom length of your bag; if your Birkin measures 25 cm, it is a Birkin 25.
